Delivery

I post to anywhere in the UK, which is the only place I ship to for now. Everything is handmade by me - one pair of hands - so I aim to get your order in the post within 3 to 5 working days. If you need something sooner for a gift, drop me a message before you order & I'll do my best to help.

I send everything by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow it on its way. Postage is free on orders over £30, under that, the cost shows at checkout. I'll email you the tracking number as soon as your order is posted.

So that's usually 5 to 8 working days from ordering to your doorstep. If Royal Mail hits a busy spell it can stretch to 10, so do give it that long before worrying - & if it still hasn't arrived by then, get in touch & I'll chase it up for you.

Returns

If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the day it arrives to let me know you'd like to return it, & another 14 days to send it back to me. As long as it comes back unworn & in its original condition, I'll refund you once it's with me.

A couple of things worth knowing. Made-to-order & personalised pieces, can't be returned unless they're faulty, simply because I can't offer them to anyone else. Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty, & I'd recommend a tracked service so it doesn't go astray on the way back.

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, that's on me. Send me a photo & I'll sort a replacement or a full refund straight away.
